Major Responsibilities
  • Planning, Organizing and achieving the Sales Targets. Setting Annual targets and monitoring them periodically to ensure that they are in line with the business plan.
  • Setting up the Sales targets for team and monitor them stringently, look for issues and resolving them.
  • Appointing the right set of channel partners/Distributors/Dealers with appropriate experience, good infrastructure, financially strong & with an attitude to grow.
  • To enhance the distribution network on month to month or Quarterly basis as per agreed sales plan.

Job Description
  • Will be handling primary, secondary and tertiary sales and holding of regular meeting with sales staff.
  • Performs sales activities on major accounts and manages and develops sales.
  • Reviews progress of sales roles throughout his area.
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
  • To develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
  • Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
  • Educates sales team in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
  • Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
